Michel Sérié is the founding partner of InnoLifters and is consulting international companies with a focus on innovation management, creative thinking and inclusive, cultural and digital transformation. 

Michel spent 25 years at SAP in various positions. During his last 6 years there, he launched and ran globally the Service Innovation function. His team implemented new ways of doing business by dramatically rethinking the concept of service.

Michel is the co-author of the book, Innovation Leadership, and winner of the “Best Innovator 2014 Award” from the Zeppelin University.

Michel graduated with a Bachelor of Science, International Management, from Reutlingen University & a DESEM from NEOMA.

He has lived all over Europe and is currently based in Germany. He speaks fluently German, French and English

Bettina Sérié

Bettina Sérié is Senior Consultant at InnoLifters and has more than 30 years of professional working experience in international IT and Training projects.

Her career started in 1989 as logistics consultant at SAP France. After working for SAP for twenty years in different areas (consulting, development, training and support) and countries, she joined a small consulting company focused on SAP implementation and was a lecturer at the SRH University for Applied Sciences. Coming back to the corporate sector, she spent the last 4 years in developing qualification concepts and training documents as well as giving trainings. After her first contact with Design Thinking in 2013, she continuously stayed tuned to its use and has applied it within her projects. She is very interested in the actual digital (re)evolution of training as well as in agile approaches to problem solving.

Bettina graduated with a Bachelor of Science, International Management, from Reutlingen University & a DESEM from NEOMA.

Being born in Germany, she has lived in Switzerland and France. She is based in Germany, married with three children and two dogs.

Wayne Morris had a distinguished career as a secondary and adult technology educator prior to transitioning to work with SAP for 22 years where he held a variety of leadership positions from regional management in Canada, technology leadership, through to global innovation.  Corporate innovation was his focus for the last 10 years including: New product introduction, Service Innovation functions, co-innovator and business owner for SAP Innovation Management platform, thought leader and core collaborator for SAP Intrapreneurship program.

Wayne Morris

Steven uses visual planning tools to design and lead strategic planning and team alignment efforts. Since 2005 he has guided business leaders and boards of directors’ in the creation of collective visions, aligned measures of success and maps for delivery by bringing his experience in art, engineering, teamwork, long distance athletic training, and social justice to every project. He partners with technologists, social architects, authors,  and marketers to visually explain complex business and organization processes to be easily understood.

Steven has been described as “a fierce listener,” a person with “an incredible skill in synthesizing our random thoughts and meandering,” and “a digital analogue cowboy.” From 1988 to 2004 he was a landscape architect and urban planner. He lives and works in Seattle Washington, USA, is the founding partner of Wright Collaborative LLC, and is a senior associate of The Grove Consultant Network, San Francisco, CA.

Steven Wright

Lakshman is an Independent Consultant with 35 plus years’ experience advises companies in the area of Strategy, Design, Technology, and Innovation. He enables companies to plan, adopt and scale Design Led Innovation.

Earlier, as a senior management professional, he played leadership roles spanning across 22 years plus at SAP.  Prior to SAP, Lakshman held leadership roles at IBM Global Services and Digital Equipment Corporation (India), NIIT and Transprojects.

Lakshman is an Adjunct Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and earlier with the School of Design Thinking, Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam, Germany.

Lakshman earned his Master’s in Technology, Anna University, India and Post-Graduate Degree in Business Administration at Loyola Institute of Business Administration, India.
